SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Date effective: 1 March 2017

All our wall decals and prints are carefully print cut and packed to order in our small studio in Valencia; processing and printing might take 2 or 3 days, then, your package will be on its way to your door. We ship worldwide so our shipping rates are carefully calculated depending on the weight and size of your order, and varies depending on where you live. 

All of our packages are shipped from Spain with Correos Priority Mail (with signature on delivery) and will be delivered to your door by your local post office. We offer tracking to all of our shipments.

Our shipping estimates do not include the time used for Customs procedures on the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live. Some orders may experience customs delays if your country is not part of EU because your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union we are not responsible of the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible of all international customs and duty fees.

 

SHIPPING

PROCESSING, SHIPPING TIMES AND HANDLING PRICES

All our confirmed orders will be sent within three business days at the latest.

Your order will be shipped as a priority signed package (envelope or tube) and it will be delivered under signature. 

Shipping prices are as follows and will automatically be added to your order before checkout:

For Wall Decals (shipped in a tube)

  1. DOMESTIC (SPAIN): 4.00€ flat rate shipping for all orders. 
  2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPEAN UNION): 8.00 € 
  3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION): 12.00 € 

For Prints (shipped in an envelope (A4 size) or tube (A3 size)

  1. DOMESTIC (SPAIN): 2.00€ flat rate shipping for all orders. 
  2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPEAN UNION): 4.00 € 
  3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION): 6.00 € 

SPAIN DELIVERIES:

Courier: CORREOS (signature on delivery)
Delivery time: up to 4 working days
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link that you can follow to determine where your package is at any given time.

Our lucky friends in Spain will get their orders within 4 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (TO EUROPE):

Standard courier: CORREOS – Priority International (signature on delivery)
Delivery time: up to 7 working days (depending on the destination country)
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link that you can follow to determine where you package is at any given time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (TO OUT OF EUROPE):

Courier: CORREOS – Priority International (signature on delivery)
Delivery time: up to 14 working days (depending on the destination country)
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link that you can follow to determine where your package is at any given time.

If you don’t find your country on the list during the checkout process, write to us at mail@bubblesandbubbles.com and we will promptly complete your order by email.

The above times are all estimates from our shipping carriers. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (CORREOS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak times. And please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates on how long your order will be in transit to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION) - DELAYS, VERIFICATION, DUTIES AND FEES

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union we are not responsible of the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible of all international customs and duty fees.

Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as "gift" as it is illegal. The amount of these taxes or duties will vary depending on the import/export laws of each country, and it is your responsibility to be informed of them and of all formalities required to deliver the order. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area.

For our international customers' protection we may need to verify additional details regarding billing and shipping information, and may need to place conditions on the method of payment used. Orders may be rejected if we cannot verify information to our satisfaction. If we require additional information, we will be in contact with you at the email address you provide.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please remember that shipping costs do not include the customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

bubbles and bubbles® offers you the possibility to change and/or return items purchased online. Upon receipt of your order, you have 7 days to change and/or return any products.

The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition (the wall decals won't stick onto the original package if you already stick them to your walls).

If you have not contacted us before returning the goods and have not waited to receive the authorisation number for the return (mail@bubblesandbubbles.com), bubbles and bubbles® reserves the right to accept the return. 

Once the return is approved (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be credited to your account (which you must provide to us via email) in the coming days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank. 

If it is a return, the cost of shipping back will be charged to the customer. 

bubbles and bubbles® reserves the right to refuse returns which have been communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.  

Exchange

If you want to exchange your product for another model, please contact us at:mail@bubblesandbubbles.com In these cases the shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

Custom orders

As we make orders on demand with the customers’ selected features (name, quotes, different colors, size etc) we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and sent to you. 

Replacement 

If the product is in poor condition, it will be replaced by another item of the same model or the same item repaired. The delivery time depends on the availability of the new product or its repair. You will be informed immediately of the status of the claim and you can decide whether to ask for a refund or to wait for the new product.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, bubbles and bubbles will bear the shipping costs of the defective garment.

If it is a return, the cost of transport will be charged to the customer.
